Congregational Network
Hancock Health Congregational Network offers resources and support from a faith-based perspective to local residents during times of need. The goal of the network is to help local residents be the healthiest they can be by removing barriers and assuring all areas of their health are supported, including social, physical, emotional, and spiritual inside and outside of the hospital. Church partner support may look like resource navigation, prayer, a meal or a visit.
