The Purdue Extension Nutrition Education Program works to improve the nutrition and health of audiences with limited resources. We provide free nutrition education lessons to schools and community groups, and engage with community partners on broader community change.

The Talitha Koum house is located at 527 East Main Street, Greenfield, IN.  The house has been remodeled into a four-bedroom, single family residence that is home for up to 9 women in recovery. A House Manager or Resident Assistant are on site 24/7. We are a Level III Certified Recovery House through INARR.

The Jane Pauley Community Health Center offers comprehensive health care to the communities we serve, regardless of a patient’s insurance status. We offer primary healthcare, dental, and behavioral health services for adults and children.

The Mercy Table hosts a monthly event to engage community as we gather around the table to create memories and share a meal together in Fortville. The Mercy Table is where you can expect loving hospitality, open to all, come as you are. Come be a part of a healthy community who wants to meet you.

Salvation Army assists our neighbors in need. Our organization collects and distributes funds to provide emergency monetary support for rent, utilities, lodging, gas, and medical bills for area residents. We also operate programs including Tools for Schools, which furnishes school supplies for local high school students, and League of Mercy, which sends visitation teams into area nursing homes. All of our services are provided free of charge by local volunteers working in conjunction with churches throughout Hancock County.

Vernon Township Indiana is here to help if you are in a financial emergency situation. We can provide assistance with rent and utilities if you have an eviction or disconnect notice. Our team will also refer you to additional resources, training programs and local charities to help you get back on track.

The Wellspring Center’s mission is to provide a holistic or whole person approach to care for individuals struggling with mental health and addiction related issues.
